Position Title: General Manager Finance

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant, ACMA, ACCA, MBA .

Experience :

Minimum 5 years in the power sector (HFO based Generation).. Location : Lahore.

Job Responsibility:

• Look after Finance and Preparation of Accounts in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with the Power Purchase Agreement and other Contractual obligations.
• Preparation of Budgets, Forecast and Financial Modelling and liaison with Financial Institutions.
• Work closely with the company’s senior management and coordinate effectively for timely completion of commercial, Financial, legal and technical matters.
• Liaison with external and internal auditors.
• Lead and motivate the accounts & finance teams, work on their formal and informal career development, by involving them in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and decision making.

Essential Requirements:

• Candidate should not exceed 50 years of age.
• Outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Power point); handling databases.
• Excellent Time Management skills; Leadership skills; goal oriented and a team player.
• Working knowledge of Pakistan’s Private Power sector policies and its regulatory framework.
